Q: How do I make a reservation?

A: Just enter your desired date, time and number of people on the search bar and a list of available establishments will appear based on your search criteria. Then, just click the ‘Book a Table’ button for restaurants/bars or the ‘Book a Service’ button for spas and you’re done!

 

Q: What do I do when I arrive at the restaurant/bar or spa?

A: Just show them the confirmation email or present your name with your e-mail address and you’re all set!

 

Q: How do I write a review?

A: Upon completion of your reservation, an email will be sent to you allowing you access to post a review of the place you visited. All reviews must be completed within 14 days of your visit.

 

Q: How do I cancel my reservation?

A: Please access your account and go under ‘My Reservations’. Search for the reservation that you wish to cancel and click the ‘Cancel’ button. Please note that reservations must be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance. For later cancelations, please contact the restaurant/ spa directly.

 

Q: What happens if I do not show up for my reservation?

A: The establishment will give you a phone call 15 minutes after your reservation slot if you have not yet showed up. If you do not answer or do not show up after that, the slot will be released to other customers. Should you fail to turn up for your reservation 3 times in a row, your Yangon Bookings account will be suspended.
